  Rented apartment for the weekend which was a large and rather pricey unit that is supposed to sleep 6 people. We only have 4 staying.

  Yet hot water is on "off peak" we aren't advised and find this out at 9:30 pm on Saturday night before any of us have used the hot water that evening (went out for dinner). The website has no after hours number. After finally getting an after hours line there is nothing that can be done. Not exactly the enjoyable and relaxing experience we wanted. Extremely dodgy this isn't advised to guests prior to booking or even at checking in and even worse nothing can be done. Never booking one of your properties again and I wouldn't advise anyone else does either.

  Booked and paid deposit for a two month stay as had a work contract for that period - we were so looking forward to a working holiday away from a Victorian winter .... two weeks prior to commencement of booking husband was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer which needed major surgery almost immediately ... notified this agency that we would have to cancel and were refused a refund or any part of a refund .... staff member was quite abrasive and rude not only to me but to our daughter who contacted them on our behalf as not only were we facing the loss of two months income but facing medical expenses as well. Whilst I understood the terms and conditions some compassion at the time would have been appreciated - we noted that the unit was re-let for several of the weeks we

  We will not stay with any other agency. Excellent service and excellent properties. We have stayed in multiple places with Bribie Island Real Estate and they have all been very clean and well kept. The girls in the holiday department so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for them. I can not recommend this real estate enough!!
