Booked and paid to stay 3 nights, arrived,a emergency at home and had to leave immediately, explained to office staff, asked for a credit, refused, but kindly suggest we come back at a later date we rang to arrange our stay The office Manager very rudely and arrogantly said that her staff had no right to offer such a deal.

Love this place. Owners are nice. Camp is clean and the facilities are great. Games room and TV room have that old school feel to them that remind me of my childhood holidays. Other campers are friendly. Our little kingfisher cabin was clean and all we needed for 2 kids and 2 adults. Spent the days walking around. No need for the car.

Toilet block near my cabin had a screw put in the door to stop use. By end of weekend with no bins anywhere being cleaned was a joke.

Dirty cabins, no toilet paper. A 5 night stay and all they gave us was one roll and refused to give us any more. Towels thin and not changed for our entire stay. Rubbish in the BBq area not collected for several days. it took a direct request from our group of 20 to get it cleaned up. Would not recommend this place. Staff in office rude ( except for one lady) The amenities were dirty one loo was blocked and full of you know what.

Good facilities in camp kitchen etc. Cabins are very old and after staying for five days not once did the room get restocked or cleaned.

We did not use the facilities or set up,under these circumstances the office Manager should of backed her staff, no compassion or care was given to us.Our large family and circle of friends will be giving this Park a wide berth in the future.
